1. About these terms

By using this website or ordering from GCHOICE Events and Bridals you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services, rentals and sales

Event planning services are provided according to the quote or agreement confirmed with you. Rental items (such as wedding gowns, maternity dresses, bridal robes, accessories, chairs and grass) are hired for the dates agreed with us, and availability is only confirmed once we reply to your request. Items for sale (such as props, robes and accessories) are sold as described on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) where listed. Where a price is not shown, we will give you a quote. Payment methods available at checkout may include online payment and bank transfer. An order or booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.

4. Rental responsibilities

Rented items must be used with care and returned on the agreed date and in the condition they were collected. Deposits, late returns, damage or loss are handled as agreed with you at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and changes

Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for events, rentals and orders are confirmed when you book. See also our Returns, Exchanges and Rental Terms page.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information. Content on this site, including text, logos and images supplied by us, may not be copied without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
